Oh thats Jaxon the boss, this property has not had any landscaping for over a year. I charged $400 and paid $300 in labor. I did make a deal with the president to reuse the dirt to fill in the massive holes on the property in the back from some trees they had removed.
I picked up a monthly contract with them, and also will be painting the buildings and seal coating the parking area. also re-roofing.
In case if your wondering why I am doing all this, its because I have a contractors license. I am getting into total packages for property owners

All American CL:

Sounds like you landed some good work. Also, your diversity in contracting is a very good move on your part. Congrats on landing the HOA jobs!

I like than sweet blue Dodge pulling it too. What a day and night difference on the yard. Great job. Right now money is tight, you have to take what you can get.

I bought the trailer used, its a great trailer but I am looking to buy a dump trailer soon, or at least a tandem trailer. I need to haul the extra weight.

Thanks for the comments on the work, I paid my guys extra for busting it out for me. Saturday I got a call that someone in the HOA passed me along, and Monday I am taking a look at another HOA near by, so all that work is starting to pay off. :clapping:
