My website got a makeover

I taught my daughter it is always easier to get forgiveness than permission. So unbeknown to me she redid my website and if it is in your bookmarks you may need to re bookmark it. I'm still learning how to work it since it is a little more complicated than IWeb but it allows for a lot more "stuff". If you read my blogs you can actually comment back or ask a question and get a response. I'm not sure I'm wild about this part but I'll ride it out. At least I have full censorship power. She is trying to introduce me to all the elements of a web site and has been bringing me along slowly. Right now I'm still flummoxed and scared I'll mess it up adding and reorganizing links but I think I'll get it.

Let me add that I'm trying not to create a slow loading site. Media I'm guessing consumes space but more importantly it distracts people from what is important.

It's all slow to me. I was wondering if it was my connection or something else. I WANT THAT FIXED. I abhor slow loading web sites. I am just looking at this for the first time and I've sent her a to do list with this among other things.

A web page is almost always a work in progress. It's always getting changed and updated as the owner or webmaster feel necessary.

Let her know I like it. Looks good. We meant to change the look of mine over the winter and I never got to it.

What browser are you using? I suspect IE. We can only check it on our end in safari and firefox.

i just talked to Russ, they took down the moving MP because a lot of folk do not have the capability to load it quickly. I knew it moved, once, whew!

I'm sure you don't have to buy a PC to check it with IE. Who uses IE? Everyone I know uses Mozilla Firefox.

I sent you an e-mail No IE for MAC but it is the number one used browser. My GoDaddy acct tells me what browsers I'm getting hits from and Firefox and IE are neck and neck.

If I'm surfing I use firefox. If I need to download, work on my website, fill out forms, view media, etc I use safari
