Monthly Account?

Hi guys,
I am new to this site but not new to the business. I am licensed and Insured, but have a quick question for you guys. I gave an estimate today for $200 a month for two visits every month starting April and ending November of this year. This is for cleaning up debris, pruning, edging, mowing, tree trimming. This guys yard is 1/2 acre but not much grass. I don't know if i should of went lower or higher I've always worked in larger areas this is my first year doing residential if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it!
Am i to high or to low.... I am in Northern Pa.

Sounds fair to me but the guy might be just looking for a low price and this client might not be worth your time. Remember you can't do all the work.

Yeah i think it is a very fair price. His yard isnt very big but there is alot of plants and bushes. I give him the estimate on Monday so wish me luck.
