dkoester is right on, they are gold thread cypress in pic #2. The first pic is too difficult to tell for sure but it looks like a wintergreen boxwood.

If that boxwood was at my house i'd make about 150 new plants from it. 3 per pot in a tight triangle using trade gallon containers. Propagation is addictive.:waving:

The botanical name for the second one is:

- Chaemacyparis Pisifera Filifera 'Aurea Nana' - Common name - Gold Mop - looks like it is greening up because of its somewhat shady location....to get that nice bright yellow they prefer full sun.

- First one is probably some type of Buxus Sempervirens - which is a common boxwood.

dK, propagation requires patience, not something many people have a lot of. I cant't even get all my vegetable seeds started.

They may actually be nana, gold mops. Often gold thread cypress an 8'-12' shrub is sold as gold mops, a shrub that should never exceed 3'-5'.
