what do you do about workers getting to work?

do you pick up your workers in the morning and drop them off when you get done working or do you just make them come to your house?

if they want to work they need to be there ON TIME.. i Never heard of any job that will pick you up and drop you off at your home.

That is crazy, they want door to door drop off service?! Next thing you know you'll want them to actually work for their checks!!

BS... If they want money then they need to be there and on time.... Do NOT bend on that, your the boss.

Before you go to pick them up, remember to pack their lunch and bring them some sunscreen, and when you get there, make sure you have some extra clothes in case they do not know how to dress themselves, and if their nose is running you may need some tissues so you can wipe their noses, and a comb to neaten up their hair.

But seriously, either they are at the designated starting point (either the shop or the worksite) or they do not work for you.

If you are working for ANY company, wally world, resturant, or whoever, do they come pick you up for work? Not!! If they can't get to work then they don't have a job. I encounter this ever year when I do my part time job from Nov. to Jan. Had several wanting me to pick them up or take them home. It did not happen.
