Shade house questions

I'm a landscape contractor that leases a piece of property for our yard... As we hold more and more plants for longer periods of time, I've realized that we need some type of shade house to hold the more sun-sensitive plants.

I've looked into some of these metal pole and shade tarp houses, but wanted some opinions/advice before I made any type of a purchase.

By the way - I think that the house will be in the 10x20' to possibly 20x20' range.
