That is a door I added on for easy access to my gas caddy which is up in the front corner. The gas caddy has a hose and hand pump too so I can refuel outside of the trailer.

This is the best I can do for equipment until I have time to unload the stuff this weekend to clean up the trailer.

Here is a photo of the gas door open and one of the bottom of the trailer. Some of you may remember I posted pics of in-floor storage boxes I added. This is what they look like outside. I still need to coat them with something. Ill see if I can find the thread to the inside pics of the storage boxes.

Yes I added more lights. The top ones are led amber and alternate from a switch in the truck. I have some jobs on a busy narrow street so I can have them flashing for safty while Im working.

I like the 6 x 12 for my weekly mowing. It pulls nice and I can fit all my weekly equipment in it. Most of all it keeps my stuff secure while Im at my full time job.

Are those H2 wheels on your Chevy? I always wanted to do that if I ever bought a HD Silverado. Nice truck.

What is all of the stuff in the trailer for??? I can see a mower or two and all the handhelds, gas and maby a few spare parts, but it looks like you took a 500 sq ft garage and shoved it all in there!

I do have some stuff in there that I dont need because in the winter I put all kinds of stuff in there for storage such as hoses and bungee straps and such. I need to clean out the trailer. I keep a lot of tools and supplys with me because if a customer needs something done I can do it on the spot for them. I will do a lot of things to keep my customers happy because I dont want to loose 1 or 2 because I only have about 12 customers. loosing 1 or 2 customers to a guy who has 150 accounts is nothing but to me it is a lot.

This size works for me for my weekly mowing. I have a larger open trailer for clean-ups, aerating and hauling mulch and things like that.

Looks good, I thought of the gas caddy thing too but I also have a 6x12 enclosed and didnt want to take up too much room. How do you get the mowers out since you have the barn style doors in the back? I had the barn doors on my last enclosed and that only lasted a few weeks once I got a zero turn because ramps were just too much of a pain...???

I have a tri fold aluminum ramp. If you look in the photos you can see it folded up next to the z

A guy I sold a ztr to came with ramps to load it into the trailer and the things bent. The other issue was the bars were far apart and the front tires kept falling through. He had the trailer for sale soon after. Drop gate seems so much easier and faster.

I agree that a ramp door is the best but I have barn doors and an aluminum ramp. My ramp is a full 52" wide whenit is unfolded so I dont slide into the center. The ramp flexes but goes right back. Someday I might get a new trailer with a ramp but not for a while.
