Please someone help. I am new to this industry, and I am uncertain about writing up a contract for an apartment complex or a restuarant. Can someone show me a sample or maybe tell me where I can find a sample contract agreement for our industry? Also when you bid for a apartment complex that has about 10 buildings no landscaping to be done, just trimming and hedging, for services from April 1 - November 10, what do I say and how do I sell myself? Should I quote them a bid by a monthly rate or by season because they would like to have a year contract or a two year contract. Please help! Thank you:confused:
