New motor won't run!!

I have a Scag Turf Tiger and just replaced the 22HP Kawasaki motor with a new one. I hooked everything up and it won't start. It seems like it's not getting enough fuel to the carb, but I can't tell. Anyone else have experience with this problem? What should I look for?

Make sure the fuel solenoid has 12V to it. You should hear it click when you turn the key from off to run position.

First check for spark, is it possible that you hooked something up wrong, also check to make sure you have the choke cable adjusted properly. Third, and I dont want to offend you but did you make sure you turned the fuel back on. Sometimes the simple things get overlooked.
