Hi every one, I need help
I have client having problem with moss (usualy found close to sea side) invested in her lawn and start killing grass. I suggested her to tooth picking the moss or re-do her lawn completly. If so (the latter) I do not have idea how much it cost. Area - 1000 m2. Price for top soil $ 150/m3 + delivery, our rate $ 25.00/hr. We lived in New Zealand. Her property it was build on fiiled ground (close to small seaside). Thank you for advises and suggestion.

I could be wrong so you should do some more searching on your own. I think moss grows well in acidic soil so you might need a soil test to test the ph and correct it for something more suitable to turf.

I am not real sure f my responce, but I agree with openbook as for as a soil test, I have been told by others more knowledgeable that once you have the sample results it usually is fixed with a simple fert app

Salt Water Tolerance

If you live near the ocean, finding grass seeds that will withstand the salt in the ocean spray and the soil is important. St. Augustine Grass, Zoysia grass, and Bermudagrass are good choices for these conditions.
