Irrigation in NC

Hows the irrigation and landscape lighting business in the Mooresville,NC area? Anyone know?

Im not to sure if any of this will help you much , but i go to the races every year in charlotte ..Everytime i talk to any landscape companies at the hotels and when i was looking to buy property there , they all didnt do any irrigation work ..maybe fix a sprinkler but just minor repairs ..I feel that if you can do full installs in that area you are good to go ..As far as lighting goes , not to sure ...However there are a lot of houses on lake norman that really like to lighted up at night :)

I meant to chime in the other day. Right now of course there is NOTHING going on in NC, we way overbuilt and the construction industry has come to a dead stop. As far as irrigation I'd say most of it is handled by full service landscape contractors, I'm sure in the more metropolitan areas repair and whatnot could keep you busy. Unfortunately the government in NC is campaigning against irrigation for obvious reasons, we are just not implementing a licensing program to. If you have your heart set on moving here come on! but if you can stand to hold off a year or too, might not be a bad idea too because it's going to take a while before this state rights itself.
