I need some help trouble shooting this one......I have a Exmark 60" Frontrunner with the hydraulic deck lift/adjustment. The mower has 300 hrs on it and just within the last two times I've had it running, the hydraulic lift gradually quit working. It was hit and miss but now it wont lower or raise at all. I'm wondering if the control switch is bad or maybe a loose connection somewhere? Has anyone else had an issue like this before? Help!

what is your units sn#. First gen units, Exmark has a bulletin out on the frontrunner lift switches. They had a lot of pitting and switch failures so they reccommend replacing the swithc if it has failed and installing a "switch diode protection harness" this should eliminate arcing, pitting, and the lift switch failures. I have not seen any hydro issues with the lift assy, just switch issues so hopefully this is what wrong with it.

Let me know your model and sn# and I will see if it qualifies for the bulletin and I will give you the number to take to your dealer. I would think exmark would cover it under wty even if your out of your wty period. We did a few of them and they turned out well..

Thanks Viper00085! I dropped it off at the local dealer (Zimmers) today and they said they would take care of it under the recall/warranty.
