Job Price?

Oh right guys, help me out. I got a job that I am going to do and I need a few of you to help me with the estimate. The yard is a residential one and is about 2500sqft. I am planning mowing it,weed-eating,plugging,seeding and putting out some straw. Anyone out there have a price quote for me? Thanks to everyone.

i suppose it would depend on the size mower you can use on the property, ut here goes

mowing: $30 minimum
aerete, overseed, and straw: $100-$175(depends on how much seed is necessary, and whether any areas need to be tilled as well on top of aerating) no guarantee on new grass being established if they don't water it.

if any topsoil is necessary that would be extra also.

$25 mow and trim T@m for all other work. Works for mee.

If your gonna overseed areas I would suggest slicing it in $250 min.
