Hardware stores or Home Depot sell universal replacement tires. They're alot cheaper. They have cheap poly ones all the way up to metal hubs with bearings.

I actually replaced the rubber tires on my trim mower. The process is to cut off the old ones with a saw while the new are soaking in a pot of hot water to soften. Then just (with a pair of heavy gloves and a couple screwdrivers) stretch them on. They were only $6 per tire which was 1/4 of the price of new.
I got them at the local mower shop.
