for sale Scag commercial edger with 1/C briggs motor. Runs very strong and powerful. Comes with 4 blades and another 1/C briggs motor with im pretty sure a blown head gasket but was stripped of recoil. $225.00 obo for all.

was this actually made by scag or was it something someone made with walkbehind handle bars? I know scag pretty well from around '04 up but im not certain about the years before that...thanks...im just curious

I found the eBay unit. It sold for 224.72 It had a 4HP Honda and was a bit cleaner. Still a nice unit.

What would you be trenching?

I need to bury my directv cable going from the house to the back garage. I want to trench it atleast 4 inches. I need to trench like 140 feet.

The center hole is 5/8 diameter and you can get up to a 10 inch long blade on it with the guard on. Cutting 4 inches deep you would need a blade atlest 11 inches long because the part that holds the bearings makes you loose about a half inch in depth. So long story short you could do as deep a trench as you'd like but the guard would have to be removed.
