Your house is absolutely beautiful!!! I hope one day I can have a home like that. The azaleas are so beautiful when in bloom.

Prez...awesome pics. I had a question. I know you accumulate a bit of grass and you can't really use a green barrel to unload the Walkers so you use the bags. I purchased a truck loader for leaf removals and it works pretty good with sucking up grass clippings. I was just wondering if this is something that could ever work for you. I'm pretty sure that you aren't looking for new ideas as it looks like you have things plenty under control. I was just wondering.:)

I gotta hand it to you, looks great. Most landscapers I know, have the worst looking landscapes. You certainly buck the trend.

No reel mow on Fescue. Spend probably 4 hrs a week.

Man, Can I just say I counldn't walk on that lawn. I would worry about ruining the look!

Then I would have to hop on shinny and fix it, and of coarse that would mean mowing the whole lawn ;)
