I just had new black mulch put down yesterday. Stupid neighbor covered it up today with grass clippings. Yea, we had words!!:nono:

At about 6 AM on the weekend to clean your beds out. Better yet, next time he's doing it, take your blower and walk next to him as he discharges in your beds and blow it right back in his face. That seems like a fair trade. He mows, you blow.

Reminds me of a former neighbor whose dogs would crap in my front yard and they wouldn't pick it up. I'd take my shovel and "return" it to their rightful owner by tossing it on their driveway and/or sidewalk. I only had to do that twice and didn't even have to exchange words. :usflag:

i think the LAWN CARE NINJAS could fix this with an application of Round-Up Ice Cubes:terribletowel:

He doesn't need roundup. He has Chemlawn spray every month and his yard looks like crap. I knew when I saw a Michigan flag flying on his back deck that he probably had some issues.

I have done it too. But what I really like to do is stand out on the porch when the lady walks her dogs and just plain out tell her to keep her effing dogs out of my lawn.

I had this exact same problem with a NY transplant when I lived in FL. After asking him 4 time to please not walk his dog on our lawn that is 2 blocks away. I waited for him one day and like clock work here he and his dog came. I stood there and watched, then when the dog finished he turned and started to leave. So I ran to the dumping spot, shouted that he forgot some thing, grabbed the steaming heap and and flung it. It landed on the back of his shirt. We was a little angry. But he never came back. :D

That seems to be popular these days.....maybe we should apologize for our lawn getting in the way of the dog's poop.

Picking up steaming dog poop is pretty hardcore - NICE touch.

Isn't everyone in FL a NY transplant? The person I have a problem with in my neighborhood is a NY transplant to FL and then transplanted again to GA. They came in here expecting everyone to bow down to them. I have cussed her out a few times and told her to STFU (I am normally a nice guy) but I was mad, very very mad! She had called the police and water authority on me 3 times for irrigating ( I was trucking in the water from a lake for my new sod two years ago). I brought her down a couple notches, not a single problem since.

I did that to a clueless moron of a neighbor who would let his dog out, not on leash to do his duty. Dog would always pick my lawn. Several times, I asked him to pick up after his dog if he lets it out. "Not me" is the one who let his dog shat on my lawn. Therefore "Not me" scooped up a pile of fresh pit bull sht onto the tines of a rake and let fly. I intended to just flick it back into his front lawn, but it ended up all over the front of his house. No more dog let out to go on someone else's lawn. My other neighbors who saw the whole thing said to remind them never to pizz me off.

Hey now. State of Michigan flag? or U of M flag or MSU flag? If it's U of M, then yeah he's got issues. but any other Michigan flags, then watch it, Not everyone from Michigan has issues, I'm with everybody else, dog shat on the sidewalk infront of our house, I was out in the garage as they did it, so I got the big shovel, scooped it up, and threw it over them and landed 20 feet in front of them, and said "you forgot something"

OMG this has to be the funniest thread I have seen in a while :)

You guys have no idea of what rotten neighbor is, pile of crap in your yard; thats the least of my problems. I have one that has tried to take our property and I mean literally. We had the property surveyed and she pulled the stakes up before we moved in.

Years later she cut trees and put the logs three feet over the property line into our yard and refused to move them so we had to have the property re-surveyed ($300) and she still refused so we had to call the police to have them tell her to move them. Even had to go as far as having a chain link fence moved to the property line and have trees on the line cut down to put the fence where it should have been to start with. (Previous owners were scared to do it).

Our back yard is part of a flood plane so when there is flash floods the back looks like a river (This requires pics) so we had the rain gutters run to the street and she calls the health dept saying we ran our septic to the road  While at the same time these flood waters she claims is us running water off on her so she's put cement blocks up at the property line now to try to prevent running water from going down hill :dizzy:

Last summer she run off the road in front of our house to the point she killed my grass at the street so I put nails out in my lawn and she calls the cops on me????

And the saga continues, I got enough to write a dam novel with if only I had a publisher I would be rich. Just last week she got into it with my mother, blamed her of having killed our dog (which we put to sleep two years ago with cancer) and now she's killing my dad :nono: That, was just a wee bit overboard which required my calling the police out and have them give a little talking to her.

Might as well add, she has the rest of the neighborhood buffaloed into believing she is a retired FBI agent. An agent who I might add took gun lessons after she retired in order to purchase a gun for protection :dancing:
The thought of this Bi-Polar half minded crazy women even having access to a BB gun gives me the shivers.

Now for a few pics.
The first is the logs in our yard.
The second is the great wall of china at the property line in the front she attempts to block drainage water with :dizzy:

The third pic is the Berlin wall on the side of the house where she also attempts to block drainage water
Might also add the cattle fence you can see in this pic that I was blamed of pulling up out of the ground after water washed it up

And the fourth pic is her backyard which is downhill from us and water goes downhill but she tries to stop it

More pics to follow but the next time you have a rotten neighbor problem, remember I got you all beat :weightlifter:

kirk1701

First pic here is the drainage water in the flood plane above us which drains through our yard.

Second pic is the back of my garage

The third pic is the main part of the back yard which looks like a river if we get enough rain at one time like this one was a micro burst and for the second time in two days we got two inces of rain in less then an hour. This is what she is attempting to stop
Attempting to stop from going down hill????

and the fourth pic is just before it leaves our property and heads down into the neighbors property which she tries to block from going down hill

I might add, I've done a little landscaping of the back since these pics were taken, making sure the water don't stand in the back of the garage, has a path to follow through the garden and the side of the property before it reached the property line is a bit on a slope downward so water don't stand no more. It runs and goes right over the great wall of china

Lastly, just last week when the police were out and gave her a lesson in where the property line was at the street because she planted johnson grass in my frontage and I cut some of it and pulled the rest up that she killed my grass with. :nono:

And YES, she has a dog too which she let roam all night and crap on my lawn and others too. Only I didn't do anything about that but others did, someone shot at the dog and someone else called the pound so no more problems there, she keeps the dog up. :)

We'll, don't guess having the cops out did any good. The french wh### just cut the bush you see in the left side of the last pic above with the police officer and my mom. She left the clippings in my yard along with the clippings where she cut her weeds at the street also in my yard ;)

So here I go with my blower and blew it all right into her driveway :)

I guess she will now call the FBI on me

Can you spell "tresspassing" charges?? Multiple misdemeanors can translate into felony charges and then she would be in jail.

I read a funny story about stopping dogs from doing thier business in your yard. Instead of removing the poo yourself here is a SUREFIRE way to kill two birds with one stone. Take some bacon grease and pour it onto the pile, when the dog returns he will remove the pile himself and the neighbor will NOT return to your property. Talk about recycling!

Why need Camera, she does this stuff openly and I see her.

Just now went on the front porch with my blower while she continued to trim her bush at the street. I think this time she got the idea, she took her clippings with her. :)

That camera would provide evidence to the police rather than word of mouth. Its pretty hard to deny wrong doing when its captured on video.

Been there done that too. Had video on a digital camera and wasn't much worth the effort unless you go to court.

Sounds like you need a tall fence all the way to the right of way. Paint it pink on her side...or bright orange.

So, just how badly do you want her to leave you alone? A day in court versus continuous aggravation would be a workable deal for me.

We set out Holly two years back up and down the property line in hopes that would block her view to even look in our direction. However, the holly in not growing fast enough so I found something else. Didn't know honeysuckles stayed green all winter :) we set out a couple last spring just because I like hummingbirds and that gave them something to feed off. The three honeysuckles we got were like 8" tall when we set them out and by fall had covered a 20' section of our front fence so I now have 8 Honeysuckles on order to set out on the fence row so by this fall we won't see her :walking:

Plus, a lot cheaper then a privacy fence which we did look into and was over $2,500. Honeysuckles were $100

Would be if there was something to go to court over. All we have is petty arguments and accusations. Nothing concrete

I got one pic of the honeysuckles I planted last year, just took the pic this week. Another of the fence line with the Holly so now I got honeysuckles for this whole fence :cool2:

I feel better knowing I'm not alone but fighting over 1/2" of the property line now I'm in a league of my own there

Now a mental image I will never be able to unsee :dizzy:

Went to the shed day before yesterday to get the garden tractor and just so happen look the way of the neighbors porch. Had to take a second look as I didn't believe what the f**k I was seeing

Naked as a j bird laying on the porch was this 74 year old sun bathing

OK so I go ahead, open the doors to the shed, started the tractor and up she jumps all (what looks to be about 70 Lbs) skin and bones and peach size boobies and runs in the house

So for the last day I've been seeing this and thinking of this:
