I am having trouble breaking the anti scalp bolts on my 66" xr7 mainly trim side and center. I think these are grade 5 bolts that ya'll sell. Do you think grade 8 might be better? Or is there anything else you recomend?

Grade 8 may help, but the best thing I can recommend is to try and be more careful to not trim into things, I know its hard not to sometimes, I have been there myself.

We switched to 8s and it helped. I bet we broke 100 of those in the last two years, between 3 Super Zs. Bolts are cheap though!

I know that one was because of a sidewalk [my bad] but the others have been in open fields where I have been cutting fast at 2/2.25".

Turf Dawg...do the grade 8 thing. I had the identical setup you have and had the same problem. After losing a few wheels I began to pay special attention to what was going on down there to be breaking so many bolts. Only once did I hit something that I felt any mower with a single support would have lost the battle (and wheel). After changing to grade 8 bolts (costs only a few dollars) the problem has practically disappeared. You can do a search on this scanerio and find other solutions but this was the quickest and most effective for me.

I too have the same problem. I am very careful. The bolts simply cant take the weight of the deck. I bet I have broken 5-6 in the last 200 hour of mowing. I bought the grade 8 and never had a problem since.
