Took the laptop with me in the van today... Posted an ad on CL for the position, holy crap! Lotsa unemployed peoples, not many with experience.
I had an epiphany today that a smoker on the install trailer would be a good idea. Ill wait for Cowboy Bob to get up here and look into it.

You just did, and you're right. I've hired too many guys that "claimed" to have experience when they actually had experience with schlocks and had to be let go; it's almost impossible to break bad habits unless you are standing over them with a 2x4 all the time.
I'd rather hire someone who had the passion and train him myself; that way the bad habits he learned were mine.

He's got a PHISH concert to deal with first. I will say this. Eddie may be all over the map mentally but I'd hire him myself. I sent him a text from downtown FC telling him about all the cute CO girls I was seeing while sucking on a Micro at an outdoor ****.

Whats that? Rotar moving out until just after the Phish concert?
I calculated my above listed statement.
A ton of Platinum, at the average market rate over the last 30 days, would be worth $159,783.77. Thats a good reference, if I do say so.
