Tip of plunger that closes fluid valve keeps coming apart, then you must buy a rebuild kit to replace this part. Anyone know why this keeps happening.

Do you mean the cone-shaped rubber tip at the top of the valve stem comes off? Never heard of that. Ask the dealer to replace it. Maybe the quality of the people putting them together is not the best.

you need to change the seat that the ruber tips rests on when in the closed(off) postion. there use to be a tool to remove it and install a new on. i used a large wood bolt and screwed it in and pulled the seat out and a small socket and wxstension to install the new on

Just take good care of the gun you have and continue to rebuild it, at some point when the body cracks and you need to get some new ones just beware.
The new ones are made in China and come with a female plastic adapter and will break if breathed on wrong.

My Tee-Jet gun is going on 20 years old now. I've only rebuilt it once.
