Kohler charging problem turf tracer

My turf tracer does not appear to be charging the battery anymore, i can jump it and it will run, the battery is new and tests good. I am not farmiliar with how the battery gets charged with these systems. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Check fuses first, then test output from alternator, then from regulator. Your dealer should have a tester for the regulator. Bring it in and have him test it for you. Its the sweetest little tool I have ever owned

Ok today i was running it and the deck shut off, checked for power and ground to the pto clutch-good power and ground, fuse ok. Clutch would not engage again. I am thinking the clutch is bad now, i mean i guess it is but i just dont know if thats my charging issue too.
