I picked up a 36" Bobcat walk behind mower. It is the older style mower with the FB460V engine on it. I only paid $100 bucks for it.

1. Where is the best place to get parts for it?
2. When I post pic's could some one give a model number or year it was made?
3. I'm looking for a manual on it. Does someone have one they could scan and email to me?

I'm just starting a lawn service, I have been using a craftsman 21" 6.5 hp mower. Could someone give me some tip or pointer to using this bigger walk behind mower.
Thanks for any help,
Doug

That looks like a mid 80's mower. Keep all your gease fittings well greased or you'll have alot of wear. Also it would hurt to buy a can of belt dressing to spray on your drive belts from time to time. Those old single belts tend to slip especially when they get wet. The mower looks to be in really good shape, good luck with it.

Thanks for the info. That mower pictured is not mine. I wish mine looked that good.

You can contact the BOB-CAT Service Department at 1-866-469-1242. They will be able to send you a PDF copy of the manual. You can also access the parts look up on line through the BOB-CAT Web Site. www. bobcatturf.com By the looks of it you have a M36-12.
