Just finished this wall.. just have to rake seed and hay monday

straw - not hay. hay will give you weeds. wall looks nice though. are you installing any plants?

I just say hay but mean straw.. lol always have no not here just grass for erision control, they are doing some plantings themselves will keep the father busy.. That is his apartment which was built on the side.

Why do the capstones not extend all the way to the back of the wall?
Looks good, what kind of stone is that?

no need to there really lower wall is just over 4 feet band top wall is like 3 at its highest top area is tappered backwards a bit too with stone to just below the top and over a foot of stone and drainage piping... nothing heavy will be going behind any wall..

The GC picked up those pavers and they sucked.. i have no clue who makes them. Typically i go with CST, Cambridge and or Uni-lick and Techo but CST seems the best for the money.
