Anyone on here bought account from another company moving away. If so
What are so question i need to ask. he selling 13000 gross a month for 10000. Thank for your help I'm new to buying account

No. I have looked at one but never purchased. The first thing I would want to see is how the contracts are laid out. Will the contracts roll over to new owner. Are you keeping the name of his business or changing it. The seller should introduce you around to meet people with the higher income accounts. Will he help with transition and introductions the first couple of weeks.

So here what i found out is he want's 10,000. No contract his highest paid yard is $50. He will be selling 125 account gross is 12.500 net 7,500 a month. He will stay on for a week. he had them for two years. He will sign a no contract for 4 years for lawn maintenance. I wish i could think of something like if they don't stay with us for a month he will refund us one hundred dollar. has anyone ever ask that of the seller.
