When we couldn't put up our own hay anymore (injuries/age) the horse herd had to go, and that left us with 40 acres of Timothy grass and a definite fire danger. I wasn't sure what to do about it so my son came up with a solution. A Walker Super B. It cuts a 60" swath at 10mph, and I found I could cut an acre in 20 minutes! That was last summer, and since then a few of the very large ranches here have gone down, split up and sold to developers. That opened up an odd situation for us. Suddenly there were all of these tracts of pasture/grass land needing to be kept short for sales promotion and some of them being sold, needed regular cutting. Ka-Ching! $$ ! Yup. A natural for the Walker, so...... Now wer'e doing just that.
My Grandson on the new Super B last summer.

Cuts down to 1.5" and up to 6" tall grass and goes through 24" Timothy like it wasn't even there. Incredible machine.
I bought the mulching option for around the house area.

Thanks, Gents.
KC, it seems to just power through the really tall stuff, and I keep the deck at it's highest amount of travel. If the customer wants is short I make a second pass at two inches. Near structures I take it right down to 1.5" and even use the mulcher it they ask. Cleaning out that mulcher afterwards is a real chore.

Well, I'm sure if you mulch or cut lower on a second pass ... you charge appropriately !!
