19 Kawi Cutting Out

I have a Mini Z with the 19 hp. Lately while mowing the motor will cut out ( seems like while going over a bump ) like I was bouncing off the weight limiter seat. ( I have already gotten rid of that safety feature... SORRY ) I tried doing a search but came up with nothing. Anyone have the same prob.

Does it just cut out and die and not restart? or just flutter and keep running?

It just flutters and keeps running. I had thought I had read a similar post on here before but could not find it.

Have you replaced the fuel filter recently?

We need to determine if its electrical or fuel related and thats very hard to do over the internet, its something that needs to be seen in person.
Have you talked to your dealer?

Not yet as my wife still complains that I spent that much on a mower. She wanted me to get a walmart mower lol. So in my argument I told her I was getting better quality.... welll I have not figured out how I am going to tell her I need to take it to the shop. lol. It is 2 yrs. old so I think it is out of warranty.

If you can e-mail me your serial # I can find out if it is still within the warranty period.

Mine was doing the same on my Z. Replaced the fuel filter and now all is good!
