Went to start my stander the other day after parking her with no issues. Cranked it and heard a pop. Sounded like it jumped time. Popped the valve cover and found a bent push rod and a frozen valve.
It's a 19HP Kawasaki Kai FH850
What would you think is involved? How could I tell if the valve ruined the head and would I need to tear the whole engine apart to ID any damage?
Approx cost to fix?
What do you think was the cause? Loose lifter? Over Heat? ??
