I've got 16, less then 6" diameter spot's of Poa Annua growing in my KBG/Rye Turf over approx 8000 square feet. The seed heads are driving me crazy as I look out across my yard.
What's the best way for a homeowner to deal with it at this point? Spot treat with gly? Just dig it up and reseed? Let it burn out during the summer heat and hit these areas with Dimension in early September and throughout the fall?
My 2nd season trying to do it myself... I'm frustrated as I don't think my lawn looks as good as it did last year, but... I'm not sure if that's because I actually know what I'm looking at this year compared to the previous 38 years of my life. I'd just see green and it didn't matter if it was a weed or not. LOL
