As solo its tough doing lawns and large side jobs. What do you guys recommend to drink or eat in the morning to stay Hyper??

I am getting so much work and I am not advertising just so much word of mouth and neighbors looking at what I do but With a walker its stressful.

Reason why is because my customers and girl friend caught me drinking Red Bulls and Monster drinks and they were telling me some horrible stories when it comes to outside work and that crap.:weightlifter:

Stay away from energy drinks, they are garbage. Get good sleep, drink lots of water.... and drink V8 juice.... I know, I know, it doesn't taste good, but you get used to it, even come to like it, and it works. There is a reason people have been drinking it for 50yrs.

Good breakfast w/ a V8 juice

big lunch lots of carbs & calories

good dinner w/ a V8 juice.

It works!

I like to eat fruits through out the day. Dont eat 3 big meals. eat aprox 5 to 6 smaller meals through out the day. It takes a few days to get used to. The hardest part is getting a good night sleep. It makes all the difference. I have a hard time getting the good night sleep, but when I do, it's GREAT.

Also, along with good foods and fruits, good vitamins and atLEAST 1 banana a day. The reason for the banana is that they contain a perfect dose of potassium, which helps the body better absorb and utilize the vitamins. the potassium also helps against cramping of muscles, like leg muscles.

I've had the opportunity to visit a nutritionist in the past and what I've learned is that it's actually what you eat the day before that matters most.

Agree with all the others - the "energy drinks" are all hype. Save your money, and like someone else said drink a ton of water.:weightlifter:

I prefer juice or water as drinks.

As for the pain, just keep moving. It fades as you get use to it.

crack or meth should giveyou a boost :laugh:

Fruits, vitamins, water, have added the crystal light stuff to an extra jug of water and it has just about nothing in it except flavor cause plain water gets boring, and just think of the $$$$ that will come that gets me going enough
