Hi! I am a single mom with an 8 year old daughter. I have lived in the same home for 16 years, and absolutely love our yard! After the great ice storm, I suffered from extreme damage to the house and the yard, and honestly, cannot afford one of those expensive tree services to come clean it up. There are large limbs hanging in the trees, and everytime we have more wind, another falls. I am afraid to let my daughter out to play for fear that one of those limbs will fall on her and cause her injury. We also live on the edge of a creek, and are already seeing snakes in the yard. I know that with proper landscaping, and fill-in dirt, this problem can be GREATLY reduced! We also have tons of ivy that has taken over one side of the house within the past year. I have tried to get rid of it, to no avail. I know that a professional landscaper would be able to handle that with no problem!
