I will be leaving soon to deploy overseas for the military and have some items on here for sale to in clude a 52'' lazer z hp with an ultra vac/ and a 2008 arctic act 700 efi 4x4 with 120 miles on it. I also have decided to sell my 2000chevy 4x4 single cab 8ft bed 91,000 miles 6.0L v8 strong runner! :weightlifter: the interior is spotless. tan interior and pewter exterior. I have a meyer standard 7ft plow on it/ classic style. I used the truck to plow three lots last winter, not to much in snow plowing around here!. The truck also has about 70% tires left on bridgestone dueler revo tires. I will get some pictures on here soon hopefully by tonight, of everything. :usflag::usflag:

Why is the first thing a buyer is going to want to know the last thing a seller thinks to put in their ad?

thanka jim! yeah i do have a lot on my plate, :hammerhead: but taking it one step at a time. the truck is a 2000 chevy 2500 (no hd) its a 2500 silverado. pulls great, it kkb from 9,000 to 12,000 but with the plow well i would like 14,000 firm, i will also throw in a salt spreader snow/ex manuel open also, i also have a pump cover for the plow, and put a new cutting edge on it in feb2009. i think its a fair price. i also wanted $7,200 for the arctic cat 4 wheeler and $4,600 for the mower and ultra vac:weightlifter: hope that helps:usflag:

Much as I'd like to see it sell for $14K, I'd say around 9K with the plow is more reasonable. But if it sells for $14K- more power to ya!:usflag:

by the way, Whats the difference between the 2500 and the 2500hd

The 2500 is a 8600GVWR, the 2500HD is a 9200GVWR. The 2500HD's are basically the equevilant of the older 3500SRW trucks (1 ton trucks). The HD's are just that, a much heavier duty truck. The regular 2500's aren't bad trucks, just not as heavy duty as the 2500HD's.

your right mkl, the only difference is the heavy duty shocks and a heaver springs, the truck is a beast:weightlifter: i think its a fair price considering its a 2 year old plow, it has new brakes rotors and pads, 70% tire wear left and well its a chevy:cool2:

I was wondering if you would you be willing to sell the plow off of the truck? and what you would want for it? How about some picture of it also.
Thanks

Yea I think you may have your price confused with a fully loaded crew cab equipped with the duramax diesel. For the price you're asking I can assure you the truck will be at home waiting for your when you get back. I too would like to see the link where you came about your price because when I look at kbb it lists for $7,415 in excellent condition and how many plow trucks are in excellent condition haha.

I agree it may be a bit high but I just saw the same truck except with a boss 7.5 plow on it sell for 13,000 at a dealer and it was not in good shape.

You know, Ive finally realized that things are worth different prices to different people.

My problem is that when I buy something, I usually think its worth more than it is.

I see a great running truck, in great shape and say "Heck thats worth $5,000 for a good truck, a new one is $35,000"

Yet come to find out its worth $2000. Even though at $5,000 I still think I got a good truck thats worth it.

My international 6 wheeler is a great example. Its got just over 100k, great maintenance, runs great, has a plow and salter, you name it.

To buy that truck new right now youre looking $75,000. Mine is a 1989 and I get laughed at for asking $5000.

I dont get it.
