i just picked this up last wk with a motor that was overheated and locked up.i ordered a new motor from ADVANCED POWER EQUIPMENT in eastlyme ct,i highly recomend if you are in the area to stop in and check them out because they are hands down the best i have ever got service or parts from(saved 400 on new motor compared with everyone else).well i took the motor out this evening and we are ready to put new motor in,it should be in on thursday(liquid cooled 27 hp kawasaki).here are some pics:drinkup:

well i paid $1000 for the machine with a bad motor and the new motor with 2yr warranty was $2014 out the door after tax.i ordered the motor monday and they said it would be in on thursday ,so im keeping my fingers crossed.

Looks like a good mower. I don't see a foot assist for the deck. I have a toro that did not come with one but was able to order a bolt on kit from the toro dealer, might want to check into it. Good Luck
