Bidding on branch removal and cutting thick weeds?

Hello I am trying to bid a large commerical job and need a little help. There is 13 lots with several medium size branches on the lot that need to be removed. Also several of the lots have thick weeds that can only be cut by hedger. Furthermore, these lots have several trees and has STEEP hills. Any suggestions on a price. Just need advice on labor cost. Thanks

tree clean up is 100$ Plus per man/hr depending upon difficulty.

The trimming of weeds depending upon difficulty goes from.

Easy-------------------extremly hard
30$/hr per man 70$/hr per man
