it's about time to see diesel stay at $1.99 for 2 months, while gasoline has risen to over $2.00 per gallon in the same two month period.

The bell has been rung

$2.19 at the good price station here. That's clean dry fuel. You can find crappy fuel with water in it for less.

In town, at the expensive stations, it's $2.49.

Driving all over Memphis this weekend I noticed 87 has reached $2.09 to $2.35 Premium is $2.35 to $2.85 all over Memphis. That means diesel at $1.99 is for sure holding cheaper. Keeping my tanks full, and 20 gallons extra.

Only time will tell what fuel price's will be this summer, I don't think the economy will tolerate $5.00 diesel or gasoline not in 2009. OPEC knows this, and will keep fuel price's in check, and will slowly increase the price of fuel until something gives or the consumer keeps consumption up.

Noplugs weren't you working on a hydrogen boost kit a while back? Just wondering what ever came of it. My Father in law has been tinkering for the last 2-3 months on his. Another guy in town with a shop has been installing some but can't get much better mileage just better performance. Missing that breakthrough. Would like to hear your results.

no that was not me, your right though someone on here is working on a Hydrogen kit. I remember the thread, but not whom started it. I know everything I have read says it's BS/SCAM.

That feels good too:dancing: the longer it stays like this the more those "trendy" folks will want a DIESEL ;)

Let me tell you that does not matter around here this is ford super duty country there are more super dutys running around here then anywhere I have ever been. Even when it was 5$ a gal they were still all out. Ford did something right around here. haha

It was 1.89 here last week, and just this past weekend it went to 2.07. Cash/credit diesel is the same as cash/credit gas now. 2.07/2.17. Gas shot up ALOT these past couple weeks. We were 1.79 not too long ago!

Gas has been creeping up. I have not even looked lately because I have been used to gas at around $1.79. I was kinda shocked the other day when I looked up and saw $2.20. Get ready it will be $3 and $4 bucks again.
