Pricing of spraying Round-up

Wondering if any one can help me with pricing spot spraying round-up either by gal/lt or mark-up?

I charge by the area to be sprayed, especially for weed contol in beds. I have my customers set up on a recurring schedule to come out and spray, since weeds will return.
