we finished this years round 2 today, my crew with 2 zsprays did just shy of900,000K ft sq. not bad really. this was an 9 hr day to include mixing and loading. how does this sound in camparison to what you guys get done?

back in the day, with a vicon and HPS, one guy, 24 acres in 8hrs. Includes blowing the fert offf of impervious surfaces. 900,000k one day 2guys, not bad at all

Is this your entire round? I would consider that good for one Z, in a day, with a fairly tight route.

not at all my whole round that one day, just one day, i am averaging 700-900k per spray day. of course i could do more in one day, but i feel pretty good at the end of 9 hrs. quitting time. it took my a month to complete my round 2, proud of that(thanks zsprays). i think i did the round2 in 6 days of spraying over the last month. i would love to see the money that 25-28 days a month doing that would net!! i can only imagine that much work. we do alot, but that would be intense.

hye pinto, i dont get your figures on your post, 24 acres for that equipment in 8 hrs one guy, seems better than my days, and a bit impossible. i waswondering what production for that set up was as you posted or a typo?

one person, one 24 acre townhouse complex, two pieces of equipment. Lesco HPS spreader and a tractor with a Vicon spreader. Including blowing off all driveways and sidewalks. 8hrs. Not impossible, just the perfect jobsite to acheive those numbers. Other jobsites my production is a lot lower.

How many man hours did your guys have in it?

howmany in the round 2 total, or just that day. well, 9 hours in that day. it either took 5 or 6 days for my crew to complete my round, all 9 hr days except one, it was a sunday for 6 hrs. so 51-60 hrs for two guys, that makes 100-120 man hours. does that make sense?

Yeah.. Is that 2 trucks with 1 man/zspray each or 1 truck with 2 guys/zsprays?

one truck and two guys with two zsprays. this is the way i run my crew for my prooperties. the other guys do it by themselves most of the time, sometimes a tech, but they dont treat as much as i do (we have assigned routes/customers) per round. they dont mow as much as i do on another note, but do their fair share. i dont think i could break much more than 1 million ft sq in a 9 hr day unless i had more very large ones all in one punch, i have several that are very close, one stop i have in an estate area totals about 500k SQFT. that is about all my tank. well, not really i carry 600K worth of liquid in the tank and sometimes fill the machines before we leave for the bigger days to get me another 160K or so. i think that day in particular we did about one million with a second partial tank fill
