I have a kenworth dealership that wants me to "spray their weeds" there is about 10,000 square feet of weeds that I need to kill. I was hoping that someone could give me a suggestion on what kind of herbicide I should use, keeping in mind that I would like to keep the materials cost as low as possible. Also I was hoping to get some kind of idea on how much to charge, I am planning on chopping down most of it with my stringline trimmer and picking the debris up and then spraying once maybe twice

Are there landscape plantings / established trees in the general area?
Will you be charging by the contract period, or by the spray?
What kind of soil base do you have there? Clayey? Sandy? Rocky mix?
On your TX pesticide applicators license, are you certified for 'bareground vegetation control'?
If there are no landscapes to worry about & if you're going after a full season contract, you're certainly better off using a pre-post tank mix combination like glyphosate & Sahara.
This would probably save you & your crew many trips out there this summer, spraying the same 10,000 sq ft area over & over again.
Bear in mind.....Sahara isn't all that great in sandy soils, as compared to what it can do in clay.

As far as landscaping in this lot, there is none. They just want to have everything killed off or sterilized for as long as possible. The whole lot is a mix of sand/clay/ and rock.

This classifies as Right of Way or r.o.w. spraying, especially when using soil sterilents.
And r.o.w. spraying is not covered under the 3A category or private applicator's license - so if you don't have the correct license be very careful because if you do apply and have a non-target effect your proof of financial liability/commercial insurance will not cover you at all.
Any combination of sterilent and salt based herbicide will tank mix well enough provided the tank has sufficient agitation to accomplish what you want.
When r.ow. spraying I get $19.95 per gallon of applied material, with a 50 gallon minimum.
Cleaning this stuff out of a tank, agitator and screen assembly is rather time consuming - it takes me longer to clean the tank than it does to spray the material.
