Clean up job round 1

This is a new account that I just picked up. Bank owned property hadn't been cut in a while. I know the after pictures aren't great but I got it knocked down and I go back next week to start working on the details. Let me know what you think. Here are the before pictures.

I used a Toro 37 wb, set it at 5" and 1st gear. $150 for the cleanup and then $45 weekly.

I did the same also, scary the prices were the same to 150 to knock it down then 45 per cut not bank owned private, curious how did you come across the bank job. you can PM if you like.

This one is from 1999. 2 hours. Actually, I guess the bank googled for lawn care in this area and found my buddies website, he's full and passed it over to me.
