I am getting ready to start from scratch on a yard. I will be putting down fesue and starter fertilizer after plugging the yard The yard is 5700 square feet. I figure 35 dollars in seed(50lbs covers 12000 square feet), about 15 dollars in fertilizer, and 45 for plugging. Grand total is 95 for total job. Does this sound good too you guys?

Seems awfully cheap. You aren't making much for your labor.
How long do you think it will take?
I would figure price for aeration, materials cost, add mark up and and labor for your time.

it will take about 2 hours max.
