Looks like tall fescue grass.

Thats what i was thinking too but the grass is cut short and you really cant tell if it is fescue or if it is crabgrass

Fescue

Crabgrass is more a lime-green.

it looks like crab grass because of the stems in the pic.

or it is tall fescue with some crab grass in with it.

It's Fescue

Apply roundup right in the center of it or get a shovel. Use Image if you can't get directly to the fescue.

It's fescue use corsair or revolver to get rid of it.
