I need help!

I am a small business owner in florida, and i am now trying to get commercial accounts. I was told i need to incorporate, and am wondering if anyone has ever heard of www.form-a-corp.com. I wanted to get info before i submit my credit card, because i am not even sure if i need to do this. I would prefer to be under the radar (with the govt) but if i have to incorporate i want to do it right the first time. That site seemed legit, and i hope if anyone has any info that they will comment what their expiriences were!

You do not need to incorporate. As a solo it would be stupid. You can form a LLC yourself. Go to the state's website and download the form. Fill it out and take it to the revenue commission office (state website will tell you what to do). You can likely form a LLC for under $100 by doing it yourself. You'll also need a EIN number. You can apply for and get it online on the IRS website.

Flying "under the radar" means you're evading paying taxes... makes you a lowlife wannabe instead of a responsible businessman and upstanding member of the community.
