What has been your best month to sign up new customers?

Summer service March through April and snow season October-Novenber. It really depends on your location, your seasons! But these are mine Way up here!

April and May for lawn care. We also do most of our advertising in April and May so that explains that.:D

March and April always make the phone go crazy. 90% is referral based new business. I've been turning down more and passing it to several others than I have taken. Just be avaliable and return calls ASAP. That seems to be the key for me.
