Actual Line-X will be well over $400. I got quoted $675 for my Chevy 8ft. bed with the Line-X going over the rails. If you find it for $400, go for it. But I couldn't get anyone lower than $675.

Prices will vary greatly for some reason. I ended up with another Rhino now that they went to a hot application similar to Linex both are great liners.

Paid $450 for a 6.5' under rail bed in an 08 SD. Got $50 off because he did not do the tailgate as it has the integrated step, otherwise it would have been $500. Did great job. Took all the bed bolts out before he sprayed and replaced them.

These companies are independents so your philosophy makes quite a bit of sense right now. They should have the time required to do one down to near nothing compared to what it was early on and the materials are less now too.

Something tells me there is someone out there ready to do this for $400-450.
Find a Rhino sprayer and make them compete on their bids.

My truck has a professionally installed Rhino liner (in the truck when I bought it) and it has been fine. I really like Line-X though. Either one should work fine, so I agree with jefftb that you should try to find both and go with the better deal.

Line-x is the way to go, and worth every penny.

$469 for a full size, over the rails, 8 ft bed here. IMO its more than worth it, nothing even comes close to the quality and durability of Line-X.
