tillotson carb

in a carb kit for a tillotson HU series carb, would i get the spring that is involved in the needle opening setup????????? Any help is appreciated, my luck with the irish isn't going too green:(

The kits I buy do not have the metering lever spring included. I have to order that separatly. Have you priced a complete carb?
