It has been a while since I did a 351W. At a minimum, you have to pull the tranny, jack up the engine, pull the oil pan, etc. It will be easier to just pull the engine so that you can get to it to work on it. Depending on how many miles it has on it, you may want to do more than just the rear main oil seal while you have it out.
