way pay them to do something you can do yourself in all of 15 minutes???

Check with your dept of state (website usually) in many states you can download the form, fill it out and take it to the court house with x number of bucks and get it in 10 minutes.

So long as you're a sole proprietor you really can't screw up the paperwork.

Thanks for your help! Had no idea I could do it myself. Forms printed out, signed and ready to be mailed. Saved me about $500 bucks. Thanks again.

WHOA! Thats alot of money. An LLC in our "Great" State is 75.00, and when I was starting up with an accountant he printed out all the forms and filled them out and I signed them.

Our LLC cost $460. So it obviously differs from state to state.

You can look at it two ways...all you think of is OJ, or all you think of is, "that's the guy that got OJ off!":laugh::laugh:

However most murder trial lawyers are not hawking business entity websites.

I did my LLC online for $130.00.
You can also do a business name search to make sure the name is not taken.
I suppose every state is a little different.

Anyone us it for anything else? I need to get a marketing document trade marked before it goes into a magazine article.
