I just recently bought a kubota b6000 adn i love it. Its a 70s model with a 13hp diesel motor and its 4wheel drive and it came with a tiller. I got such a good deal on it i couldnt pass it up adn i did some research on it and found some things out that i question.

First I know that the pto runs counter clockwise so if i were to get a bush hog or a finish mower for it would i have to get one that is made for this or could i just flip the blades over and what size bush hog or finish mower could this little thing handle i was thinking nothing bigger than a 48" or 4' one.

other than that i may want to put a grader blade on it does anybody know anything about is model goods or bads and what i can do with it thanks

You can get a pto reverse adapter if its a standard 6 spline. As far as pto implements go, the industry standard is 5 hp per foot.

I used to have a Yanmar 1401D that was very similar to your B6000, but a bit bigger with a bit more power (16 hp). It was a solid, durable little tractor that gave me little trouble. It also had the standard six-spline PTO. I ran a 42" brush mower and in thick grass is worked that machine hard. For yours I'd go with a 36". For box scrapers and whatnot go for the smallest one that is still wider than your rear wheels. I don't know if you can get a 42" box scraper.

Probably a little late now, but FWIW the gray market models that have a standard six spline PTO are IMO much more desirable than reverse PTO models.
