I was thinking about that. I imagine you want the lowballers to leave.

I was wondering why you wanted it 100 degrees or more??

Then Cmaster said to get rid of the lowballers. I suppose if they actually have to break a sweat while lowballing, they would be more apt to quit and go on welfare, right?

Over 100 in our area also. We got a spot of rain last nite. A good couple weeks of real hot temperatures starts the irrigation work on home owners. And often you can pick off commericial sites that have companies that just don't keep the irrigation going.

I don't think we've broke 70 this month, and it's rained every day. I'm sick of it. Normally we get maybe 7 days with rain all summer this year I'm praying for one without.

The worst part is I've had 5 irrigation installs postponed because they don't 'need' it if it's going to be raining this much.

Real cool here. All 60's and 70's so far.

Real cool and EXTREMELY wet. Too wet for my dad (farmer).

But good for me making money.

Had a week with temps in mid 90's with heat index near 100. Next week looks like upper 90's. Yikes! My old 57-year old body is not adjusting too well!!

High heat and lots of rain makes the grass grow and the lowballers go.
