Here's some pictures of one of my jobs-it's a 30 acre Solo plant. My dream has always been to do strictly industrial plants and this is my first really large plant(Pictures don't do the size justice). I've done a lot of large properties in the past but this is the largest to date. A year ago, I couldn't even imagine doing a job like this but now we mow the rough cut, mow the sod, and mow a 5 acre church in another town all in 12 hours. I do it with two more guys and two ZTR's. I only own the Scag TT 61" and rent another mower every two weeks. On this day, I was trying out a Hustler Super Z-see my review. This job is hot, dusty, and windy(On top of a hill). I'm hoping to keep landing these types of jobs. Wish me luck!!!!!

Thanks. The plant is so large that, if you stand at one end of a retention pond, you can't even see to the other end.

You need a WAM. Or a few 72"s

I tried out the Lastec 100" on this property but would rather go with a 72" because of the trees. I'm looking at a 72" Hustler now but need to land a Wal-Mart distribution center before I get it. It's about the same size as the Solo plant.

That would be so much fun, I have always wanted to just get a big place and just mow. I think a wam would be the way to go. They will out cut most Z's.

I hope you dont have to edge that beast? When I used to work for my old man we mowed a private high school that had over a mile of sidewalk that needed edged every week took over an hour to edge and blow off. It would be a contest between the 3 of us on the crew to try and stick someone else with the job. anyhow that account looks like a fun mow and go.

In fact, we edge everything every time we mow-we mow every 2 weeks and it needs it when we are there. My guys have to take breaks about every 100 feet and we go through about 3 blades each time. I used to have a Hustler 3200 with a hydraulic edger attachment and really need it with this property-you could mow and edge at the same time with that machine.
