Do any of your that run mulitle crews keep your own equipment, each seaon as i service my equipment i pick out machines that are only to be used under my direct supervison, the crew iam working on , do any of you do this? I do this cause no matter how good of employees i have some thing always gets broken when i am not there and my equipment stays in better condition, most of this equipment is only ujsed by me and i keep two of everything on a crews so my worker uses the other w./'; the exception of my wb, so do any of you do this or am i just paranoid?
